Since passing the Arizona bar in 1973, attorney Buddy Rake has been an active figure in the law, establishing himself as an excellent personal injury attorney through his professional treatment of clients and the high level of integrity that he has maintained. He has been an active member in the Maricopa County Bar Association and has also been admitted to practice in Texas, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and even the United States Supreme Court.

This is in no small part thanks to the significant amount of trial experience he has accrued over his five decades of practice. Attorney Rake not only has a significant amount of experience in these claims, but he has also served as the chairman of the boating section for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
